Apricot Sour: Sour or old-fashioned glass. 2 oz. apricot brandy and 1 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a flag (a
cherry sworded into the flesh of an orange).
Arizona Antifreeze: Shot glass. 1/3 oz. vodka, 1/3 oz. Midori melon liqueur and 1/3 oz. sweet and sour. Pour ingredients into shot glass.
Arizona Twister: Collins glass with crushed ice. 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Malibu rum, 1 oz. Gold tequila, a splash Orange juice, a splash Pineapple
juice, a splash cream of coconut and a dash Grenadine. Mix the rum, vodka, and tequila, add splashes of the three juices, heavy on the

Add almond syrup.
Add espresso. Fill with foamed/steamed milk.

Amaretto Smoothie
1-2 teaspoons amaretto syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
¼ cups milk
¼ cups crushed ice.
For a hot version, just warm a cup of milk in the microwave, and then stir in the amaretto-flavored syrup.

1 part Grenadine
4 parts Orange Juice
4 Parts Pineapple juice

1/2 c grape juice

2 c apple juice or cider
1 lg carrot, peeled and chopped

Apricot Appealer
6 oz apricot nectar
1/4 c ginger ale
1 t lemon juice
1 t sugar
Shake well, add crushed ice. Garnish. 1 serving
Baby Cocktail
Shake half Pineapple juice and cream well.
Berry-Berry
1 c berries
1 c milk
1 T honey
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and mix on medium speed until well blended.
Black & Blue Berries
1 cup blue or black berries
1 cup soda water
2 T honey or sugar
1 t lemon juice
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and mix on medium speed until well blended.

1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream

¼ cup crushed ice
In a blender, combine milk, scoop of each ice cream, crushed ice, and chocolate syrup (or more, depending how chocolaty you like it).
Blend until the consistency is smooth and drinkable.
Garnish with whipped cream, drizzled chocolate syrup, and top it off with a peppermint patty or mint leaf.
Serve immediately.
For the hot version, you will need

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
¼ cup milk
Warm up the milk in the microwave, and then stir in mint-flavored syrup, and chocolate syrup.
Garnish with whipped cream, drizzled chocolate syrup, and top it off with a peppermint patty or mint leaf.

Coffee Chocolate Zinger
Brew coffee, in the flavor of your choice.
Cool the coffee in the refrigerator
In a blender, combine 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream, 1 scoop of coffee ice cream, two tablespoons of chocolate syrup, and ½ cups brewed coffee.
Garnish with chocolate-flavored whipped cream and a chocolate kiss.
Cotton Clouds
If you have an espresso machine with a milk-frothing nozzle, then heat a glass of milk with that. If not, warm your milk on the stove top or in the microwave.
To finish, stir in a flavored syrup, such as hazelnut or vanilla. This drink is basically a latte, minus the espresso. It also tastes great to add some miniature
marshmallows to the basic recipe.
Creamsicles
In a blender combine
½ cups orange juice
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
½ cups milk
½ cups crushed ice
After blending, stir in chunks of fresh oranges, and garnish with whipped cream and vanilla powder.
Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 lb (1/2 kg) cranberries
5 cups (1 1/4) liters water
salt
2 or 3 orange slices (optional)
1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
Wash the cranberries and put them into a non-reactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices.
Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst - about 10 minutes.
Pour the fruit and liquid into a cheesecloth-lined sieve.
Strain the
juice to the saucepan, add the sugar and boil for two or three minutes.
Taste and add more sugar if it is needed.
Cool and chill the juice before serving.
Dak-A-Wari (strawberry)
1 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
4 fresh strawberries
2 oz water
1 fresh strawberry
Prepare in a blender on high for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with strawberry

1 lb dark brown sugar
1/2 lb salted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 lb butter
1 pint quality vanilla ice cream
In either case blend all ingredients in a food processor or mixer and store in the fridge or freezer

Double Cream
In a blender combine equal parts (about half a glass each) of cold black coffee and orange sherbet.
When smooth, pour mixture into a glass while drizzling a tablespoon of double cream through it.
Serve with a straw.
Italian Soda
Fill a glass ½ way up with ice cubes
add 1 tablespoon of a flavored syrup
(fruit flavors are great, such as cherry, peach or raspberry)
then fill to the top with seltzer water.
Stir and serve!
Lemonade Syrup (makes about 4-1/2 cups)
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
rind of 2 lemons cut into strips
1/8 t salt
Boil for 5 minutes
Cool and add:
juice from 6 lemons
Strain the syrup.
Store in a covered jar.

Mix in a blender on high for 10 seconds until light and frothy.

Orangatang
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cranberry
Place all ingredients in the blender - cover and mix on medium speed until well blended.
Paradise Island Punch
In a large punch bowl, combine equal parts of the following ingredients over ice, so that the bowl is filled almost all the way up, a few inches from the rim:
lemon-lime soda
ginger ale
pineapple juice
orange juice
seltzer water.
Next, add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice.
Cut up fresh fruits, such as mangos, strawberries, pineapples, and oranges to fill the bowl to the top.
Pineapple and Mango Madness
Cut up
½ cups of mango
½ cups of pineapple
combine in a blender with
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup crushed ice
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a piece of fresh fruit. Instead of the pineapple juice, you could also substitute a pineapple-flavored Italian ice.
Pineapple- Orange Twist
1 part Grenadine
4 parts Orange Juice
4 Parts Pineapple juice
The proportions are approximate, vary according to taste.
Mix together, serve with lots of ice.
Pineapple - Power
1 sm can pineapple slices w/ juice
2 cups water

Rasberry Rickey
Pucker up for this sweet tart.
Over ice, pour
1 and 1/4 oz raspberry syrup
3/4 oz lime syrup
Fill with soda water
Splash with lime syrup
Strawberry Banana Freeze
Peel one large banana and cut into small pieces.
Take the stems and leaves off of ¾ cups of strawberries, and then cut the strawberries into halves or thirds.
Add the fruits to your blender, and combine with ½ cups milk and ½ cups crushed ice.
If you want your drink a little bit sweeter, add a couple teaspoons of sugar or honey.
To garnish, push a strawberry onto the rim of the glass.
Shirley Temple
Ice
7 oz Ginger Ale
1 oz Grenadine syrup
Add Ginger Ale over ice,
sprinkle Grenadine syrup over it.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a cherry.
White Angel Punch
1 Cup Simple Syrup
2 Cups Lemon Juice
1 Quart Green Tea
2 Quarts of Sparkling White Grape Juice
2 Quarts Club Soda
Chill all ingredients.
Mix everything but the Club Soda and pour over a block of ice.
Add the Club Soda and stir gently.
Garnish with Lemon and Orange slices.
